Psarons are strange-looking creatures related to rats. Their body is around one foot in length, as is their tail. They have only two legs, and move by hopping and jumping. Like most rodents, they can squeeze their bodies into very narrow spaces, and are capable of passing through a space of just 2 inches in diameter. One unusual feature about them is their very long tongues; almost six inches in length, they are very dextrous and surprisingly strong. They use their tongues to drag food into their mouths, though it has no use in combat. CombatPsionics (Su):Psionic attacks - mind thrust, mind blast. Psionic defences - mental barrier, empty mind, tower of iron will. Psionic powers (at will) - lesser concussion, dimension slide, burst, invisibility, non-detection.Habitat/SocietyPsarons arrived in Sigil from an unknown source about 10 years ago, and have thrived ever since. They spread to the Outlands shortly afterwards, and have started to make inroads on most Outer Planes. In most respects they resemble other rodents in the sort of territory that they prefer to live in.0EcologyPsarons are omnivorous, though they prefer to eat meat. They are not above taking carrion. Interestingly, psarons have a clear preference for the taste of cranium rats. They seem to go out of their way to hunt and eat cranium rats, and there has been speculation that they were introduced into Sigil deliberately (by an unknown person) to counter the cranium rat population.
