We have moved to new, and hopefully better hardware! Along with this move came a bunch of updates to our code base. Please let me know if you spot something wonky.

The Gorging Hole

joyblood's picture

It is known that there are layers in the Abyss that even the tanar'ri are afraid of. But these layers are usually well-hidden, and few travellers ever find their way there. Recently though, an area of the Abyss' very first layer is giving the fiends nightmares: The gorging hole, which appeared only a few weeks ago, has turned into the most popular lurid tale among the tanar'ri.

These updates are my own personal attempts to update the 2nd ed. Planescape Adventures to 3.5 ed. Some feats, skills, or rules are borrowed from the Planescape 3.5 ed. Project at www.planewalker.com, and some creature stats are taken from the PSMC 3.5.

Salt Element Creature

Kobold Avenger's picture

Salt Element Creatures Salt Element Creatures are most at home in the Quasi-elemental Plane of Salt or other similar places, they could also be found in the Negative Energy Plane where all water has long been dried up or corrupted. They appear as their material counterparts all encrusted with a very thick layer of salt crystals. Their ever-thirsty eyes glow from beneath the outer layers of salt.

Wukong Staff

When found, the wukong staff appears as an ordinary length of wood, usually plain oak or rattan. It is capped at both ends with iron and radiates a mild aura of alteration magic.

Khaasta Monster Levels

Armoury99's picture

Khaasta develop swiftly both physically and mentally, and often venture out on their own before they are fully mature. Many find a niche for themselves out in the Planes and, with typical khaasta practicality and lack of sentimentality, never return to their families.

The Purple Sands

Armoury99's picture

“If you go to the Purple Sands - beware, beware, beware.Flesh obeys what the dark demands - beware, beware, beware.”- Tanar’ri Rhyme

The Second Chance

Armoury99's picture

“I joined the Company of the Unknown to forget. To forget what… I don’t remember. So I guess it must have worked!” - common joke among the crew of the Second Chance.

The Silver Coil

I beheld the creature as it held aloft a sphere of the purest unblemished silver and lo it did open and the demons cried out and vanished. ---Chronicles of Danfarr

Digressions on the Bladelings

Anonymous's picture

Awhile back I was traveling through Acheron, and I stumbled upon a group of armies viciously tearing each other apart, not an uncommon event, most assuredly. Not being particularly suicidal, I stayed as far away from the actual battle as I could. It lasted for what seemed to be hours, and in the end, all that was left was the carnage of mutilated forms, humanoid and otherwise.
